Course Outline
Upon completion of this course you will be competent in the techniques for drawing in pen and ink, coloured pencils, and pastels. The course covers pen and ink techniques including parallel lines, crosshatching, dots and stippling; coloured pencil techniques such as basic layering; and pastel techniques such as blending and layering on media such as velour, canson and sandpaper. The contents of this course are used daily, on the job, by graphic artists, cartoonists, and other artists. This is a single stream course.
